So this guy is named Scuba and he's kinda dumb, he hurts himself a lot, and he's basically this dude from a subaquatic world who's joining a celestial dragon and his bunny sister in order to take on a bunch of kings there and restore balance to the world.
Unfortunately, all 3 are lacking on the intellectual department, but so are the kings they're fighting so... It all fair in the end
